U12, U10, U8 Skills Refinement Workshop
For participants born January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2018. (Athletes born in 2019 with previous field hockey experience will be assessed on a case by case basis).
All levels welcome!
Is your child ready to refine their field hockey skills and take their game to new heights? We’ve got you covered! CJFH is offering specialized skills sessions designed to enhance your child's development in key areas like:

🔹 Passing
🔹 Tackling
🔹 Advanced Ball Handling
Whether your child is just starting out or ready to take on advanced techniques, these sessions will meet them where they are and help them grow.
Dates: 5 Sundays, May 4 - June 15. Time TBD No program Victoria Day weekend.

U14, U16, U19 Introduction to High Performance Workshop
For athletes born January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2012
All levels welcome!
Is your athlete ready to elevate their field hockey skills and compete at a higher level? ? CJFH is offering an Introduction to High Performance Training Program, focusing on advanced techniques and game strategies that will prepare them for competitive play.
🔹 Carrying & 3D Skills
🔹 Pass & Receive into Carry (including Channel Change Receptions, Technical Boxes)
🔹 Pass & Receive into Hitting
🔹 Hitting Clinic
🔹 Defending (2v1 situations)
These sessions are designed for athletes who are ready to refine their skills and develop the foundation to perform at their highest potential!
