U12 6-Week Spring Program

The program is based on the fundamentals of field hockey. It is designed to introduce kids to the non-contact, fast-paced, skillful and above all, FUN sport of Field Hockey. Players will focus on basic skill development while introducing team tactics. All skills are taught through fun drills and weekly mini-games.

Rental sticks will be provided. Athletes will need shin pads, socks, water bottle, and mouth guards.
