Field Hockey Alberta Vendor/Exhibitor Form

Alberta Field Hockey Association proudly incorporates exhibitors and vendors into premium regional and national events held throughout the year. As a result, members get an opportunity to purchase top-notch gear and official FHA apparel. Vending opportunities are available at many tournaments, but are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All Vendors and Exhibitors must be members of Field Hockey Alberta.

All Vendors and Exhibitors must be in good standing with Field Hockey Alberta.

All Vendors and Exhibitors should adhere to our code of Ethics and Disclose any conflict of interest.

All Vendors and Sponsors must have a Liability Insurance of a Minimum of 500.000 CAD$

All Vendors and Exhibitors must sell Authentic, Brand name equipment and apparel. No Knock offs, unless disclosed as such, will be accepted.

All vendors and Exhibitors must sign and return the Vendor/Exhibitor Agreement to Field Hockey Alberta. A Vendor/Exhibitor license will be issued for the Event.

Field Hockey Alberta has Zero Tolerance policy towards any physical or verbal abuse directed to Volunteers, Coordinators, Participants, Spectators and/or other Vendors and Exhibitors. Threatening language or actions will not be accepted while on the event premises. No aggressive selling practices towards any Participants and /or teams will be tolerated.

Any false statements, omissions, misrepresentations, or breach of the Zero Tolerance Policy for misbehavior made by the Vendor or Exhibitor or any representatives may result in immediate removal from the facilities and the Vendor/Exhibitor license to be revoked.

Donation - We request that each vendor provides a donation to the event/program (Guideline: 10% or more of the total profits or $100 whichever is greater)
