Field Hockey Alberta is gearing up for an exciting 2024 season and is on the hunt for talented players to represent Team Alberta on the national stage. Whether you're a rising star or a seasoned player, this is your chance to showcase your skills and compete against the best in the country.

The 2024 High Performance Season offers opportunities for both U16 and U18 categories for both boys and girls. Here's a breakdown of the programs available:

U16 Girls and Boys

• Practice 2-3 times a week at the University of Calgary turf, typically on weekends.
• The 2024 U16 Nationals will take place right here in Calgary from August 7-11, promising a thrilling competition on home turf.

U18 Girls and Boys

• Similar practice schedule as the U16 teams, offering a robust training program to hone your skills.
• The 2024 U18 Nationals will be held in Surrey, BC from July 23-28, offering an opportunity to showcase your talent on a national platform.

U23 Boys/Girls

• Field Hockey Alberta is considering adding a U23 division to Nationals in Surrey, BC from July 23-28, subject to approval and player availability. This presents a unique opportunity for older players to continue their journey in the sport at a competitive level.
