Spring 2024 CJFH U12 Program

CJFH U12 CO-ED OUTDOOR PROGRAM SPRING 2024

Cost: $315 

For athletes born January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013

This program continues development of fundamental movement skills including running, jumping, balance and co-coordinative motor control. Athletes at this stage should develop movement proficiency, confidence and begin skill acquisition. 

Participants will be introduced to more unique co-coordinative skills specific to field hockey and match play. Games are 30 minutes long, 5 versus 5 format. Goalies are welcome in this age group. Athletes will participate in weekly practice and Sunday CJFH U12 Co-Ed League. Sticks provided (with security deposit) or purchased at time of registration.

Athletes who are not affiliated with a local club, may choose from the following two CJFH program locations:

1. NORTH (UC Hawkings Turf) Mondays April 29-June 23, 2024 5:00-6:30pm
2. SOUTH (Calgary Soccer Centre) Tuesday April 30-June 23, 2024 5:00-6:00pm

Athletes who have an existing club affiliation please contact your club for registration instructions, costs, practice dates and locations

IMPORTANT NOTE: All athletes regardless of club affiliation must purchase a FHA/FHC membership for the period of September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024. Those purchasing the Complete Outdoor Package will also need to purchase the 2024-2025 membership on September 1, 2024 ($5 for children aged 12 and under)
