Two programs to choose from: 

JUNIOR SKILLS SESSIONS
For athletes born January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2016
This 4 week workshop is perfect for athletes who would like more turf time to refine their field hockey skills, including shooting, passing, tackling, and advanced ball handling.
Cost: $60

ADVANCED SKILLS SESSIONS
For athletes born January 1, 2007 to December 31 2010
Boost your conditioning and field hockey competency in this 4 week outdoor workshop. Emphasizing on-field skills and physical conditioning.
Cost: $60
