U16 Girls: Practice 2-3 times/week at University of Calgary turf, usually on weekends. The 2025 U16 Nationals will be held in Toronto ONT from July 31 - August 5.

U16 Boys: Practice 2-3 times/week at University of Calgary turf, usually on weekends. The 2025 U16 Nationals will be held in Toronto ONT from July 31 - August 5.

U18 Girls: Practice 2-3 times/week at University of Calgary turf, usually on weekends. The 2025 U18 Nationals will be held in Toronto ONT from July 24-29.
