The EmpowerHer Sport Summit, the first of its kind in Canada, is designed for female athletes aged 15-25, along with their coaches, parents and supporters.
Through expert speakers, interactive panels and discussions, participants will explore topics such as confidence, resilience, identity, emotions and decision-making. The summit aims to equip athletes with practical tools to navigate challenges, strengthen performance and build a lifelong love of sport.
Coaches, parents and all sport supporters are also welcome to attend.
