  1. Friday, May 29th: 8:00 - 10:00pm(Calgary)
  2. Saturday, May 30th: 1:00 - 3:00pm (Calgary)
  3. Sunday, May 31st: 1:00 - 4:00pm (Calgary)

Practice Schedule (Edmonton Practices, shared with Senior Women Alberta North)

  • June 20th, 2009 - 1:00 to 3:00pm (Foote Field, University of Alberta)
  • July 18th, 2009 - 1:00 to 3:00pm (Foote Field, University of Alberta)
  • July 19th, 2009 - 1:00 to 3:00pm (Foote Field, University of Alberta)

Training sessions designated Edmonton above will be held at Foote Field, University of Alberta campus, Edmonton, Alberta. Calgary training sessions will be held at Hawkings Field, University of Calgary campus. For specific details on location please click here.

Important Dates
Trial Registration due: May 29th, 2009 at the FHA Office

Forms can be sent in to the office via email, fax or in the mail

Trial fees ($22.00, payable to Field Hockey Alberta) can be paid online or a cheque in the mail

Levies are due: June 15th, 2009 at the FHA Office

The 2009 Senior levies are set at $185. This is payable online via paypal or any major credit card, or a cheque in the mail to the FHA Office, payable to Field Hockey Alberta.

Tournament #1 - FHC Senior Men's National Championships 2009, Calgary, AB - July 21st to 24th, 2009.

Tournament Details

The men's tournament will start on July 21st, 2009. Please visit the FHC website for more details including a tournament schedule.

Teams attending this year's event:

  1. BC
  2. Ontario
  3. Alberta
  4. 4th Team (potentially another BC team)

Tournament banquet will be held on July 25th, 2009 at 7:00pm at the Black Lounge at the University of Calgary Student Union building. The banquet is for all tournament participants, even though the men's competition ends on the 24th. Dinner will consist of a BBQ style buffet with cold salads and the bar is open for refreshments. Tickets will be given out to each team for the staff and athletes. Once dinner has completed, parents and spectators are welcome to join at the venue.

Upcoming Events
The FHC Senior National Championships will be held in Calgary at Hawkings Field, July 21st thru 26th, 2009. Come watch the top hockey players in Canada compete for the honor of Canadian National Champion.
