Important Dates

Trial Fees and registration forms are due on the first day of trials, please give all forms and money to the coach. Please visit the Forms & Documents page for registration forms for 2009/10. Trial fees will be $25 this year. Please include payment with the registration form or pay online via paypal or any major credit card, or by cheque, payable to Field Hockey Alberta.

Levies are due: December 1st, 2009 at the FHA Office

The 2010 U16 levies are set at $800. This is payable online via paypal or any major credit card, or a cheque in the mail to the FHA Office, payable to Field Hockey Alberta.

Eligible Athletes - Athletes must be 15 years of age or younger as at December 31st, 2009

Tournament #1 - Scarborough Cup, Toronto Ontario. December 11th - 13th, 2009

The Scarborough Cup is a club level tournament that will help prepare the team for future tournaments. FHA's goal this year is to introduce our athletes to more competition. This is a larger committment from both athletes and coaches but overall will only provide a positive experience for all.

Travel Details

All athletes and coaches will travel to Toronto together, rental vans will be driven by the Head Coach and one parent chaperone to accompany the team.

  • Depart Calgary - mid afternoon December 11th, 2010.
  • Return from Toronto - late evening December 13th, 2010.

Upcoming Events
FHA is renewing a familiar tournament in 2010. We will be hosting the 1st Annual Alberta Cup, this year we will host a club championships for the first time in many years. FHA will also be hosting the 2010 Canada Cup, the premier U18 tournament in Canada.
